To the realization of database (which may be communicated to partners in close cooperation with the Controllers, for the realization of the event and its services) that could be used in extra-EU territories;

Informative and consent to personal data processing (UE REG. 2016/679)


According to EU Regulations 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”), please be informed the your data will be processed by Reed Exhibitions Italia s.r.l. – for contacts, it is possible to send an e-mail to privacy@reedexpo.it o call this telephone number: +39 02 4351701. Reed Exhibitions Italia s.r.l. is the Controller of the data processing.
The Controller, according to the accountability principle, has appointed its own DPO, available at the e-mail address privacy@reedexpo.it.
The Controller, according to art. 4 of EU Reg. 2016/679 adopts, as requested by art. 12 GDPR, this informative to provide to the web-site user, who is interested in receiving documentation, events, news from the Controller, the information under art. 13 GDPR and communications according to artt. 15 to 22 and 34 GDPR related to the processing of the data provided in order to be aware of our documentation for the sending of DEM and of the company information activities.
In relation to the above, the Controller informs the data subject that the personal data provided with the filling of the on-line form, data not belonging to special categories under art. 9 GDPR, concerning the same (even if operating as individual undertaking, small enterprise or professional firm) or its employees, agents, representatives or collaborators (the “Data”), shall be processed according to the provisions of GDPR. Data processing is carried out on the basis of lawfulness conditions under art 6 GDPR, for the purposes concerning the relationship established with the Controller and, therefore, its legal basis, as required by art. 13 lett. (c) GDPR, is grounded on the reasons of the contact with the Controller, namely, in this case, the filling of the form to keep track of the Controller documentation. According to the purposes, the Data processing shall include the organization, the storage, the consultation, the inclusion of you name in the listo of prospect exhibitors, the creation of statistics, the registration to events,, the elaboration, the extraction, the processing in EU territories, and extra-EU territories only in accordance with artt. 45 and 46 GDPR, the alteration, the realization of statistics, the cancellation, the sending of DEM, soft spam and light marketing by the Controller, as well as the communication to third companies, regularly appointed as processor, for organizational purposes, and also to other third companies for the realization of conferences and events. Please be informed that the Controller is part of the RELX group, and, therefore, the Data shall be communicated to the other members of the group for similar purposes to the ones related to the collection carried out by the Controller in this event. The Controller shall perform the processing set out below only after express written consent to be provided explicitly:
A) the realization of database (which may be communicated to partners in close cooperation with the Controllers) to be used in extra-EU territories;
B) the sending of advertising, promotionals and commercial material through marketing operations (both direct and indirect) i.e. webmarketing, telemarketing, mms, sms, e-mail, fax, paper mail; carried out by the Controller or by third companies appointed as Processors.
In reference to the transfer of data in extra-EU territories, the Controllers informs that the data provided might be also transferred in extra-EU countries, in accordance with Chapter V of EU Reg.; The consent related to sub.lett. A is required by the Controller only in circumstances provided for in art. 49 of the EU Reg., and in this cases the Controller, to address the potential risk resulting from the data transfer to a country not covered by art. 45 and 46 of the EU Reg., will transfer the data only after obtaining specific guarantees on data processing by the recipient subject. The description of the necessary appropriate safeguards are highlighted in the Controller RPA.
The Data processing shall be performed in paper and/or electronic form by subjects specifically authorized to process. In accordance with art. 13 para 2 lett. F, the Controller confirms that the Processing is not performed through automated decision-making process.
Provision of data is optional, however, any refusal to provide even the data listed in the form that do not request a specific consent,  will prevent the continuation of the relationship, and, then, it will prevent the sending of the above by the Controller; therefore, in case of prosecution of the filling and the sending of the form, filled out in a proper and truthful manner, the Controller, according to artt. 6 and 4 para 11 GDPR will be anyhow deemed authorized to process the data provided that do not need a specific consent. Therefore, if the form is sent, the lack of consent in reference to data processing carried out for the purposes outlined at points A and B will, in any case, allow to receive part of our documents, communication or invitations, but it will prevent the performance of some services related to the consents required.
Anyhow, even when the consent related to points A and B has been given, according to art. 13 para 2 lett. c GDPR, you will be able to revoke the consent given in any moment without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing performed until then and based on the consent given before the revocation.
As required by art. 13 para 2 lett. A GDPR, please be informed that the Data will be stored for 5 editions of the event, and in any case for the time necessary to meet the purposes of the data collection.
Furthermore, the Controller informs you that the rights under art. 13 para 2 GDPR, the rights to rectification under art. 16 GDPR, the right to erasure under art. 17 GDPR, the right to restriction to processing under art. 18 GDPR, as well as the right to access to personal data provided and to all the consequent information according to art. 15 GDPR.
Moreover, the data subject has the right to:
1) require to the Controller the access to its own personal Data, the relevant rectification, or the erasure or the restriction of the treatment concerning it;
2) object ex art. 21 GDPR;
3) data portability, ex art 20 GDPR;
4) should be Data processing based on art. 6, para. 1, lett. (a) GDPR or art. 9, para. 2, lett. (a) GDPR, to revoke the consent at any moment, without prejudice of lawfulness of data processing based on the previous consent.

In order to exercise such rights or require further information on the processing of you data, please send an e-mail at the e-mail address: privacy@reedexpo.it, including the data provided in this form and by indicating the right/ rights that is/are intended to exercise, and the e-mail address to which you want to be replied. The Controller, once processed the request, will send the relevant reply within the timing according to art. 12 GDPR.
Moreover, the Controller informs that, if it is going to further process the personal Data provided, for purposes different from the ones for which they were collected, it will provide to the Data subject, before this further process, information on the different purposes and any other relevant information under para 2, taking, if necessary, the related consent.
It is understood that the data subject who filled out the form with the data required, it is responsible also in relation to their accuracy and veracity. Furthermore, in the case in which it had to report data related to thirds, it will be responsible both for their accuracy and veracity and in reference to the possibility to communicate them, and it shall guarantee that this are lawfully usable by the Controller, and it will exempt the latter from responsibility for any and every claim that might arise, and also for any claim for compensation for direct and/or indirect damages.
