ATTENTION!
We inform you that Construct Data Verlag AG has been approaching our exhibitors in order to obtain a fee in the amount of 1.171,00 / 1.181,00 / 958,00 Euro per year for a listing in an exhibitor directory, the Fairguide, which is compiled by Construct Data AG and can be accessed via the Internet. In this context, the exhibitor signs a three-years subscription.
MCE and Expobagno would like to point out that they don't cooperate with Construct Data Verlag AG and explicitly distances themselves from the business practices of that company. According to various judgments, Construct Data AG breaches provisions of the law against unfair competition by distributing its Fairguide forms to exhibitors (decision of the Karlsruhe Appellate Court of 08/05/2004, Ref. No.: 10 O 39/03; decision of the Chemnitz District Court of 06/04/2004, Ref. No.: 6 S 613/04).
