Clivet evolves the Hydronic HVAC System with Clivet Enhanced Hydronic System, the standardized, industrial comfort solution able to fit individual requirements of the different commercial buildings: shopping centers, offices, hotels and restaurants, entertainment, hospitals, meeting rooms. CLIVET Enhanced Hydronic System is composed by 3 basic components: • ZEPHIR3 stand-alone system for supply and exhaust air management with thermodynamic energy recovery, full outdoor air operation, total humidity and automatic temperature control, electronic filtration able to keep 99% pure air • SPINchiller3 air cooled or water cooled multi scroll heat pump for heating, cooling and hot water production. In order to meet the different needs related to special functions of the buildings Clivet offers a wide range of chiller and heat pump that can be integrated in the Hydronic Enhanced System such as: SCREWLINE3 Inverter which applies the inverter technology to screw compressors, ELFOEnergy Magnum, which extends the scroll-inverter technology up to 140 kW, REMOTEX, the splitted solution for building with small technical rooms and architectural constraints. • ELFOspace cased and uncased fancoils with DC brushless motors for heating and cooling distribution with a saving of 60% compared to traditional fancoils

Enviromental Benefits - Giving priority to the use of renewable energy sources (heat pump), it guarantees a substantial reduction in the primary energy consumption up to 40% less than traditional plants based on combustion systems. - No CO2 direct emissions thanks to the completely electric operation of all the components - Even considering the equivalent CO2 generated by electric energy producer, the indirect emissions of CO2 are lower 35% on the average compared to combustion systems. - Clivet Multi Scroll technology associated with R410A refrigerant, employing brazed –welded plates evaporators reduce the refrigerant charge by 30 to 40% compared with R134a screw and centrifugal technology with often flooded type shell-and-tube exchangers , which require high amounts of refrigerant.
